A Menopause-Supportive Wellness Program for Women
More than one million women in the U.S. enter menopause each year, and many of them are in the prime of their careers. Symptoms like brain fog, anxiety, fatigue, and hot flashes can affect focus, morale, and productivity — but with the right support, women can thrive through this transition.
Our program empowers women through community, education, and embodied tools that build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and foster confidence.
Create.
A grounding creative expression session (art journaling, collage, or guided writing) co-led with a local female artist. Encourages play, connection, and nervous system regulation.
Educate.
Short, empowering talks on topics like hormone health, mood, sleep, nutrition, and the stress response, led by Kristin Love Ross or guest experts (e.g., physicians).
Meditate.
Guided breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle yoga therapy to support emotional regulation, decrease anxiety, and ease tension in the body.
Celebrate.
A joyful closing ritual focused on connection, community, and personal reflection. Includes intention-setting and gratitude.
